City of Trotwood issued the following announcement on February 15.
THE HOMEOWNERSHIP CENTER: GRANT ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE
The HomeOwnership Center is a local non profit partnering with Miami Valley Community Action Partnership. Assistance grant funding is available to eligible homeowners in Montgomery, Green, Warren, Preble and Drake Counties to Pay:
- Mortgages in default or on a forbearance plan
- Past due property taxes
- Past due utility bills
