Notice is hereby given that the Brookville City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at 8:00 pm to consider a Preliminary Planned Development Plan for a proposed R-1B(PD) single family residential housing development on Part Lot 1743 (County Auditor Parcel C05 00109 0020) located at 10400 Upper Lewisburg-Salem Rd. in the City of Brookville. A copy of the zoning application and Preliminary Planned Development Plan are on file and can be reviewed at the City of Brookville Clerk of Council Office, 301 Sycamore St. Brookville, Ohio 45309. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Public Hearing will be held in person at 301 Sycamore Street, Brookville, Ohio 45309 and virtually via Webex.
