It was a big night for the Vandalia Food Pantry!
Vandalia City Council at last evening's regularly scheduled meeting made a $15,000 donation to the Vandalia Food Pantry. The donation fulfills a two-year commitment Council made to
allocate funds from the American Rescue Plan Act to the organization.
