The Division of Fire is extending well wishes to Captain Anthony Miller, who is attending week #2 of his Ohio Fire Executive training program this week.
The Ohio Fire Executive Program is an executive leadership development program that assesses, enhances, and refines the leadership qualities in each candidate.
Through the course of the program, students will work to become executive officers through knowledge acquisition, self-awareness building, perspective change, skill development, and behavior change.
The course is 2.5 years of hard work, 180+ hours of in-class time, and 400+ hours of out of class time.
