Over the last several days, we have received multiple inquires on the validity of this "warning" that is circulating on several Facebook pages. These crimes did NOT occur in Englewood Ohio!
In fact, a quick Google search of the name included in the post shows the individual was involved in a burglary in the Utica NY area on Christmas Eve. Since that time, his image and versions of this post have been re-shared on many Facebook community pages across the country.
As always, we encourage residents to be aware of their surroundings and to call us anytime they observe suspicious activity in the community.
