On Friday, March 28, former Butler High School standout Evan Ables’ current college team, the California Vulcans, lost 6-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Gannon Golden Knights.

The game took place at McConnell Family Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Golden Knights this season.

The Vulcans’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 30 at 1 p.m. at Wild Things Park against Gannon Golden Knights.
